How do I return or exchange a product?
At DRAGO, we offer an extended 60-day return policy – an optional upgrade we've chosen instead of the statutory 14 days. We do this because we believe you should have a good opportunity to make the right choice – stress-free.
From the moment you confirm your order, you have just under 2 months to decide whether you want to keep your product – which we expect you will, as we have an incredibly low return rate.

When will I receive my order?
All our orders have a delivery time of 1-2 business days.
If you order before 13:45, you will normally always receive your package the next day.
If you order on a weekend, the package will be shipped at 14:00 on the next business day, and you will then receive your package the day after.
