WHO IS LUCAS FRAHM?
"My name is Lucas.
When I look back at myself as a younger person, I wasn't the one with the most promising future. I spent too much time in the city, got too little sleep, ate unhealthy foods, and exercised without purpose.
I didn't ask any questions. That's what everyone did – and I just followed along.
But at some point it hit me.
I wasn't on my way to the life I dreamed of. On the contrary – I was working my way away from what I really wanted.

WAS THAT YOUR MOTIVATION?
"Yes - it felt like hitting a wall."
An existential fear began to grow within me – and the worst part was that the fear was realistic.
The fear that towards the end of my life I would realize that I never pursued what I was truly passionate about. And the fear of knowing that there was absolutely nothing I could do about it.
Life is not a game. You don't get another chance.
"It became the catalyst for everything that came after."

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?
"Since that day I have had one mission:
Leave with an empty tank.
I refuse to die with gas in the tank.
I don't want to be left with the regret that I never went after what I truly dreamed of.
And if I can ignite something in others along the way – if I can get one person to stand up and take their life seriously – then it was worth it. Because no one is self-made. We build on each other.
Ever since I was little, my father has hammered one phrase into my head: Never give up. That's what I continue through DRAGO.
