Choose whether you want to exchange the size or get a refund, and you will receive a return label immediately. The item must be unused and with tags.

We always recommend checking our size guide for each individual style for measurements and recommendations - and if it doesn't fit, exchanges are free for 60 days.

What is your delivery time?
If you order on a weekday, we typically ship the same or next day.
After that, delivery takes 1-2 business days in Denmark with GLS or DAO, and you will receive a track & trace link as soon as the package has been dispatched.
